Phrasal verbs are one of the trickiest parts of English. The meanings can be confusing and there are so many of them that seem similar but don\u2019t have definitions that are related. Today, we\u2019ll learn nine essential phrasal verbs and I\u2019ll give you plenty of examples from real life so you exactly how to use them to express yourself in English effectively.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nFirst, pass off. To pass something off as something else. This means to try to make people believe that something is different.
